We want you and your pet to love every purchase. If something isn't quite right, we're here to make it easy.

Our 30-day return policy

You can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

How to start a return

1. Email us at thevaluekeeps@gmail.com with your order number and the item you'd like to return.
2. We'll reply with return instructions and a shipping address.
3. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund or exchange.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive your return.

Non-returnable items

• Opened consumable products (treats, supplements) for health and safety reasons.
• Items marked as final sale.

Received a damaged or incorrect item? Contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
